The house is suitable for the disabled because there are no stairs and the ground floor is on one level, including the lower room. There are no gutters on the facade for draining water from the roof because they are hidden inside the facade and led to the absorption well, so there is no excess water on the land during showers. Additional drainage was made all around the house and was led into the absorption well. All the glass in the house is triple-layered, tempered on both sides with an e-low coating to preserve the temperature. Aluminum joinery is coated with a special coating for better protection against salt. The tiles are all large size 80x160 cm imported from Spain. The whole house has a lowered ceiling and indirect lighting, even in the corridors.
Each room has its own large 55" LCD TV + 70" for the living room, satellite dishes in each room, large walk-in showers in each room, etc. One bedroom with its own bathroom with shower is also located on the ground floor, which is available to people in wheelchairs.
